Fish Tank Problem. Save my Tiger Barbs!?

I have owned a goldfish for three years and never have tested nitrate, Ph, or anything like that and he's still alive , I also have 6 barbs that are fine and have never tested those things I think it's just a gimic to sell more stuff you don't really need , A fish in the wild doesn't need stuff like that so why should pet ones need it? I've had a rough time at school for a few years. I have severe panic attacks and most of the time I faint and basically freak out. Well some of my friends will hate me for this because they look at Whiskas as the cat version of McDonalds but I've had (still have one) three tom cats who've been brought up on the stuff and they all peaked at around 7Kg by the time they were 4 or 5. We broke up in January as i was always traveling for my job and was never home, she always came with me but as our son got older she decided to stay behind a bit more & i would miss her like crazy. She never believed in marriage so we agreed not to. When i met my ex i had overcome a serious drug addiction the previous year, i was addicted for 6yrs & lost everything, i almost died as a result. The year before i met her i realized i needed to get into rehab & i overcame it. The addiction left me with many injuries & problems some requiring surgery, i also have permanent scarring on the top of my arms which im ashamed of I swore i would never let my son do anything i did in my life. I was told i may not be able to give my ex a baby but against the odds my son was born and he is my life. She is my rock and done everything for me, always said she loved me. Since my ex decided to end things i feel like my heart has been torn out of my body, she is the reason i get up each morning & i always told her i loved her more than anything, i can look after them both financially. When i go pick up my son from her place & i see her with my son i cant stop smiling, there both the reason i needed to get through the hauntings of my past, she idolizes our son he is her world and they are very close. We are both on talking terms for our son but i want her back more than anything. One of her girl friends told me that she kept crying when she left and kept saying how much she loved and missed me apparently she was very confused. I'm betting you don't understand that instruction. It doesn't mean to knit the next two stitches, but rather to insert your right needle into the next two stitches on the left needle and knit them together as one stitch. No, it isn't hard to do, but it might require you to practice it. So what happens is that you increase one stitch with the yarn over, then immediately decrease one stitch by knitting two stitches together across the row. You should end up with a lace pattern of holes after the next row is worked.

I need help with acne. I have dry skin, and it is oily as well. I know this isn't common. Online armor detected keylogger in 2 programs, how to get rid of it?

I just had a keylogger trojan issue last month, and had everything cleaned out and programs all showed it was gone!!! I opened up Microsoft works 8.5, and online armor alerted me to a keylogger detection, I deleted the file! Advice needed re: clingy cat?

My husband and I have 4 cats, all of which are very clingy too. We were worried about them feeling jealous/neglected when I was pregnant as well, and we just made sure to still give lots of love and attention to our furbabies. If they want attention, and we can't give it to them, we try and at least pick them up, pet them, and set them down out of our way. I wish I could tell you how that worked out after baby came, but that never got to happen, so I don't have advice about that. I do wish you lots of luck though. I moved three months ago but I don't think the amount of light it recieves is any different, or the climate. Only some leaves here and there are turning brown, and it looks like it starts from the tip of the leaf. There is white in the soil (im uming mildew??) that I think is causing the problem. 97 Dodge Neon Starting?

Problem starting my 97 Dodge Neon! Ran a engine diagnostics test and came up as a cam senior. I change my cam, try ed to start but no start.I can tell a different in the start tho. Before the new cam there was just a crank but no ignition, but after the new cam it try ed to start with a ignition. I put some engine starting fluid in but no luck. Any advice would be welcomed.

Well, several months ago, my father called me up, and offered me to talk to my old babysitter (one of the two abusive women), and I refused. My father did not believe me when I tried to tell him as a kid. I remember the way that my babysitter treated kids, she was an adult with three kids, not a teenager like your probably thinking. She hurt a lot of kid's feelings, and Hurt me physically. Now that I know my father still has contact with one of the two people, I'm planning on learning everything I can about the law, and coming back at the age of twenty-six to legally punish my former abuser as an attorney, and hopefully, if anyone is still suffering from the tyranny of these two women, I plan on making it illegal for these adults to continue supervision of any child ever again. I remember the way they hurt me, and if I can still save other kids from suffering the same hell, I'll try. Basically, I'm planning on founding a company that listens to complaints from kids, and makes sure that every kid gets what they need, and does'nt have to suffer like I did. I really want retribution for what happened to me, and the other children. The first day on Annie's new job was indeed a challenge. She got into a fight with a very stubborn Helen, which resulted in her losing a tooth.. The famiy was not pleased with her, and not very supportive. It was very tough for her to deal with Helen, but yet she perservered. She proves how determined she is with her task. Third paragraph end the first sentence with Anybody. Helen, Kate, james, captain Keller could not deter her from the way she was teaching Helen. I dont understand " that people as young as 14 would drop off" Maybe drop that and say In the asylum her brother and herslef had nothing to entertain themselves with but rats. next sentenceShe also lived with the mentally ill, and others that were not welcome in the public.The last sentence doesn't make sense. You need to elaborate more on her being tough, not her ability to help Helen communicate. The fourth paragraph, the last sentence needs work. Too long and doesn't flow. The last paragraph instead of she put I had no idea how much Annie Sullivan had accomplished. Do not use now. Just I'm inspired by her work and so on. Dont put I might read the book a few more times put, and I hope I can have just some of the character she had. Can Someone help me please? I can't stand this anymore?

My dad and I have never had the greatest relationship. He never really seemed to make the effort to get to know me or anything like that, and its really no big deal anymore. He scares the crap outta me. He has the worst temper ive ever seen anyone ever have. He gets it from my grandpa(my grandpas more laid back and a nice guy now, my mom said he became that way when I was born). The littlest things make him mad. He ed me once with a lincoln log because I tripped and fell on his foot(which, yes, was a total accident). He punched a hole in the wall one time when my sister(she was 4 at the time, shes 5 now) and brother(7 at the time) were arguing(verbally). Those are just a few of the things. He also prefers partying to caring for my mom brother sister and I. one time I fell asleep in his room(my parents don't sleep in the same room) watching tv and he came home at 3 in the morning reeking of alcohol and started cussing at me. He also called me and my brother fat and chunky(i am 13, 5' 3", and about 115 lbs so yeah i realize i could loose some weight but he didnt have to be mean like that). This is exactly what he said "You two are so fat and chunky" and then I was hoping he was kidding so I looked at him and said "oh that wasnt nice" and he said "you know what kid? sometimes the truth hurts". Whenever my mom leaves to go do errands I try to go with her but sometimes I cant so I have to stay with my dad, but sometimes that just doesn't work. I have thought about calling child services, but I am afraid that they won't find anything wrong since I don't have any evidence (besides pictures of the hole in the wall, and if needed videos/audio clips of him yelling) and that would make him even more mad than he is now... Help driving with permit got into accident?

I been driving for 3 years now, but only two years with just a permit. I never got into an accident before until a few days ago. I was crossing over a bridge coming from a beach and it was raining like hell and all the cars kept making sudden stops and then going and making more sudden stops and going. Before I started freaking out she already wrote down the insurance info and reg info (oh yea not to mention it wasn't my car it was my boyfriend's car and I am not under his insurance)and gave her my boyfriend's number. I was still crying and said why did you call, it was unnecessary to call the cops Can't you call them and tell them not to come. The lady really sympathize for me and called back and said to them that everything is fine and they don't have to come even though they weren't anyways. Then she told me she will let me go and I said thank you and she left and then i left. So i thought ok she will let me go so she won't file a claim and it was done. But the next day her husband calls being a total jerk! said that he will get an estimate on his car the next morning and call back to tell the cost so i can pay from my own pocket. But he has all the insur info. what if i do pay and he still files a claim?? Well, I am being bullied...there is this gang of guys that for some unknown reason likes to terrorize me. Whats the Best Digital SLR for me?

For the past year or two i have used my parents camera, a CANON EOS Digital Rebel XTi, and ive loved the results until a few months ago, i focus on animals and plants, so i go to horse shows, and the last one was indoors, and i kept getting either dark pictures with no blur, or grain-y pictures with major blur. Only a select few turned out decent. All were trashed. I checked the aperture n everything, i used every setting, i got varied results, but none worked. Im probably an intermediate, and im just starting to really get into ISO and Aperture and such, but i know what im doing. Im looking for something that is durable, takes good action shots, and has some point-n-shoot. Maybe video. Im just looking for the camera n come with lens, and maybe in future years ill buy a macro n such. Any ideas? My max. spending amount would be $850, if that. My terra cotta pots begin to disintegrate with weather and watering. What are the pros/cons of sealing them?

If I seal them, then they should act just like plastic pots I suppose, but they will retain the look of terra cotta. I have heard that terra cotta needs to breathe, but these pots, unlike some terra cotta, begin to corrode.

For example, I enjoy dry flower and autumnal vegetable arrangements. For our county fair, I entered a centerpiece that I created in one of the craft contests for floral arrangements. It consisted of several autumn vegetables (squash & gourds), dried wild flowers and colorful leaves. I thought it looked very nice. They're were several admirers and lots of talk at the fair about my creation, so I was quite proud. My fiance and I would like to be married, to stop outside of marriage, but don't want give up the last 6 months of her significant alimony. I am so tired of watching the spectacle of religions requiring the worship of Near and Middle Eastern gods costing this world all it's resources and time. Well a bean burrito from there is atleast 500 calories. Not that bad, though it probably contained trans fat since it's from taco bell. Walk for 30 mins/with water. Then, take a break. Thats 250 calories lost. Now do it again in another 30 mins. Either fast run, or jog, whichever you choose. Next time, try to commit yourself to a healthier meal like an organic bean burrito you can basically buy from any food store AND it tastes exactly the same..

This pattern has been going on since the birth of the republic. If you look at the books, we, as a nation , have been in the hole, financially, borrowing from the future, since the revolution. This argument is not a good one as every President has had to deal with deficit regardless of political persuasion. To blame the economy on one person isn't realistic. Bush took over Clinton's bill and Clinton did the same for Bush Sr., and so on, all the way back to the whopping bill we had after the revolution. Worry about yourself, save for retirement, and be prepared to have your social security lessened a bit. Since you asked this question of conservatives, I am uming that your a Hillary or Obama supporter. Be prepared to go deeper into the hole if they get office. They both will introduce socialist programs and reality will set in. We will not leave Iraq and the war on terror will still need to be funded. Tax raises will be fought and the cycle begins again with the bill getting bigger, soooo...do you want to pay more taxes now, or do you want to wait and maybe get the new house or car now? Why do male gymnasts (nearly always) train shirtless?

The official dresscode is leotard plus long pants, shorts only for floor-performance. In training most of male gymnasts go shirtless over pants,in warmup before competition they use to have their leo sagged down to the waist with their chest bare, and they only get fully dressed for the (short) moment of competition. Immediatelly after performing they tear their leo down again and may pull over a T-shirt or a jacket. I thought it might be inconvenient if the lycra gets wet by sweat and sticks to the skin, so most guys tear their leo down to have it completely dry in the moment of performance?

Yeah, they really go and they look comfortable. I just might make one suggestion that instead of flip flops you wear daps they are extremely comfortable because after a long flight the flip flops could rub your feet but that all depends on whether you will be taking them off in the flight :) xx

I agree with the other answers. I ask a lot of questions on here but I always check to see if someone has already asked it so I don't give up my points. they should do the same. that question has been asked hundreds of times and they should find something if they try. my opinion is, if they wont try, they are probably not dedicated enough to get on Disney channel.

I believe the rule of thumb is 1/3 expensive, 1/3 moderately priced, and 1/3 inexpensive. You're not twisting anyone's arm. Don't forget people will give you gift cards to go towards it just to skip the registry part altogether. For 315 guests and only 3 big ticket items, I certainly do think that's reasonable. I've seen some pretty ridiculous things on wedding registries, like sets of luggage for the whole family, expensive vacuums, etc. for couples who had already cohabited and set up house, had kids, and didn't have a wedding ceremony!

My dad is never happy with my grades.!?

So my report card just came, and I have four A's, two B's, considering they're both Honors courses, and a C- in Geometry, (it was a D in my last progress report) & Math has always always been hard for me. So, my dad is being such a douche bag because of this. Yeah, I had a 4.0 last year, I mean come on it's freshmen year, easiest out of all. & He even said so! I don't get it. He's never happy with anything good I do in school. Attention math and science majors: is Saxon Math acceptable for gifted students?

After purchasing Saxon 1/2 (pre algebra) for my son, I have found several websites that contain criticism from the math community regarding Saxon. My kid is 9 years old and very gifted in math. We have used Singapore for a few years and he has completed all of the books and is finishing up 6th grade. I purchased Saxon after it was highly praised by some erudite friends of mine, and now am regretting it. These friends were scholars of the liberal arts.... Should I send it back? What are some suggestions of exercise with limited space?

I do not have that much room to exercise...or that much privacy and where I live it is dangerous for me to go outside for walks by myself anyways...and recently I lost my housekeeping job due to a hasty emergency move. I really love to dance, but even the dancing is difficult do to space and the weather-beaten floor is definitely not inviting...it creaks so loudly with just walking and jumps below your steps (and I live with my boyfriend and his grandfather...his grandfather downstairs so obviously it very nonpleasurable) I am intending to start going to the gym with him in the evening time for about to 2-3 hours...but that just doesn't seem like enough calorie burning for a day of near absolute stillness (besides a bit of cleaning, stretching, crunches, side bends, and little exercise like that throughout the day, fidgeting non stop and the natural self care stuff) so what type of exercises are out there to burn and tone decently with little to no space to exercise?

Your age isn't a big deal, some women have a period as young as 9 or 10 nowadays. Going on a crash diet is not healthy and that's why you are not bleeding. Edometrium building up is not going to cause your belly to pooch. What you're eating may be putting the weight in one area or you may have a gastrointestinal issue, or it could be a m on one of the organs in that area growing. When you get your cycle, if the egg is not fertilized, it drops into your uterus and the lining of your uterus sheds and thats what you bleed. Your body basically builds that lining all month long until you ovulate and then it sheds when pregnancy doesn't occur. Again, the belly protrusion probably needs checked though.

Hobbes and Locke?

Both Hobbes and Locke believed that there existed (either theoretically or realistically) that there existed before the formation of civilization a state of nature and that this state is the natural state of human beings. This state, as Hobbes would put it was "nasty, brutish and short" Both would agree that these were not lawless times,as there still existed some code of conduct, or, at the very least, a natural state.
