Can he get introuble? Marine questions?

Unless he refuses to pay child support or he is not providing his former spouse with some of his bah - basic allowance for housing, he really can't get into too much trouble unless it is affecting his ability to perform his military tasks. This is more a a civil/family court issue and the military does not do much about this unless it affects his deployability status.
