School Info 4 a dropout?

My friend dropped out of highschool when she was 14 years old because she ran away from her house,Shes 16 now married with a 1 year old,The question is can she go back to school?and if she can how would she apply and how would it be like does it mean she has 2 go 2 night school or something?
