What are some suggestions of exercise with limited space?
I do not have that much room to exercise...or that much privacy and where I live it is dangerous for me to go outside for walks by myself anyways...and recently I lost my housekeeping job due to a hasty emergency move. I really love to dance, but even the dancing is difficult do to space and the weather-beaten floor is definitely not inviting...it creaks so loudly with just walking and jumps below your steps (and I live with my boyfriend and his grandfather...his grandfather downstairs so obviously it very nonpleasurable) I am intending to start going to the gym with him in the evening time for about to 2-3 hours...but that just doesn't seem like enough calorie burning for a day of near absolute stillness (besides a bit of cleaning, stretching, crunches, side bends, and little exercise like that throughout the day, fidgeting non stop and the natural self care stuff) so what type of exercises are out there to burn and tone decently with little to no space to exercise?
