My Father is in his 70,s and is finding it very difficult to shave , because his skin is saggy and wrinkly ??

i have tried electric shavers , Mach 3 , Fusion all the top brands but he does not have any satisfaction and u can see it hurts him to shave especially if he lets it go to far, Is there a special cream he can use for more sensitive shaving any help please
