Got a laptop with a wifi connection for Xmas. How do I connect to neighbours' wifi system or other hotspot?

That is so wrong you should not even be asking that if you get found out you will be in deep **** if someone did that to me and i found out i would have charges put against them so mate it is not a good idea because if you do that it might happen to you
