What will happen when i report my vehicle accident?

i bumped a vehicle that had stopped on the highway very abruptly due to horses running on and across road. the lady driving wasn't the owner. the vehicle wasn't registered to the plates. unsure about insurance. i have full coverage. my daughter got a scrapped neck from seatbelt and both my infant and daughter were histerical. due to this, and my shock, i was not able to get her information myself, and a busy road. the other party gave me only her name, owners name, address and phone number.
