Need advice about my father!!!?

My dad got married to a Peruvian woman a few years ago. Just about 2 years ago her 2 children came to American to live with my dad. They were twins, both 18 years old. Me and my little brother saw our dad every other weekend, and had fun with the twins. One day almost a year ago the son "touched" my brother (it wasn't like naked, he just touched his ). We got a restraining order against him, and we won. My dad always acted like nothing wrong was happening when he had to go to court and everything before that. Our dad testified AGAINST us, he was on his STEPSONS side and not his OWN SON. Our Dad didn't even fully believe my brother! Now my dad tries to call and we ignore it, im pretty pissed off at him and a have a good reason. What should I do???? Its fathers day today. My dad is trying to contact me saying that he loves us and that he's sorry...
