A wild field mouse got in the rats cage and since them my rats appear lethargic and a bit apprehensive.?

they seem to be eating and drinking fine. Still very friendly. Just slower and sort of skittish. Not as playful. No visible cuts or wounds. Not coughing or weezing. Is there something I should be looking for?
