Well a bean burrito from there is atleast 500 calories. Not that bad, though it probably contained trans fat since it's from taco bell. Walk for 30 mins/with water. Then, take a break. Thats 250 calories lost. Now do it again in another 30 mins. Either fast run, or jog, whichever you choose. Next time, try to commit yourself to a healthier meal like an organic bean burrito you can basically buy from any food store AND it tastes exactly the same..
