Online armor detected keylogger in 2 programs, how to get rid of it?

I just had a keylogger trojan issue last month, and had everything cleaned out and programs all showed it was gone!!! I opened up Microsoft works 8.5, and online armor alerted me to a keylogger detection, I deleted the file! I had issues using Avira, which would not update nor would microsoft update, I deleted Avira and reinstalled it again. This time; online armor alerted me to a keylogger detected in C:\Program Files\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\update. exe........I could not find this file to delete it, so I deleted Avira! Any suggestions anyone, I need a anti-virus but I also need to get rid of the keylogger, again!!! I have online amor, along with a internet router that is suppose to use a different ip everytime you get online, and I also have Malwarebytes saved to my desktop, which has not detected this keylogger in works or avira, HELP PLEASE!!!
