Help with acne, please?

I need help with acne. I have dry skin, and it is oily as well. I know this isn't common. I have tried proactive, acnefree, many products from neutrogena, oxy, clean and clear, etc. I have also tried SkinID. I went to a dermatologist and even their medications didn't have any effect. My acne isn't all that severe but it can get that way around my menstrual cycles. It usually is just on the the side of my face, more specifically the cheek regions, I don't wear make up either by the way. I really need help. I'm 17 and I want this cleared up before I'm an adult.
