No one could really say how much weight you would lose because everyone's body's are different. Some people would lose a lot and other would lose barely any. Honestly, you probably won't see a different for at least 2 weeks. Losing fat is a slow process. That's probably the most effective thing you could do, so stick with it. The only thing I would advise to change is the ab workout. Instead of doing sit-ups, you should be doing crunches. The focus a lot more on your abs and build more muscle.
