How can i deal with alcoholic parents? HELP i'm 14.?

You are being neglected and slightly abused. Your brother is turning into an alcoholic already, depending on it for sleeping. You should turn them in to human services, or whatever you have in your country for neglect. They should never drive you around when drinking anything. One drink could cause delayed reactions. I feel so sorry for you and your brother.
