Table decor with corn husks?

Sounds good to me, but you might like to throw in a few ears of corn, or maybe a few small gourds, to give it some color. Corn husks are a nice tan color, but would be pretty boring all by themselves. A rustic basket might work better with the husks than a gl vase. Lay the husks in the basket and arrange the corn or gourds over the husks. .
