There is no real magic except to eliminate fatty (yummy) foods or cut them way down so that they are not the majority of your diet. I've got a terrific list here of 55 different lean foods that span the food pyramid of nuts and grains, meats and various different frozen items and all sorts of natural antioxidants and sweeteners.
