Does Megestrol Acetate help build muscle?

I don't think so. Megace is a hormone drug often given for certain types of cancer. At my work, it is often prescribed solely for the side effect of increased appetite. Works great to fatten up little skinny old ladies who just won't eat! Never seen any of them come out looking like a weight lifter though.
