Is Voting a Constitutional Right? Is voting an exercise of Free Speech?

Good for you. We fought hard to be able to vote and have our voices heard, from the Revolutionary War to the Suffragettes to the Voting Rights Act of 1964. If we didn't exercise that right, we wouldn't be honoring what our forefathers gave up to win that right for us.
