An Indian middle cl man’s income in India = to higher income group’s income in which country?

Let us ume that If a person earns 4000 $ in USA , he can manage to live like a common man of lower income group in USA in a small city and that same 4000$ income per month if you bring to India he can live a very luxurious living and he is considered as very higher income group in India. This is the cost of living difference between these two countries for the same US currency of 4000$. Similarly which country will be luxurious for Indian currency of Rupees. A common man earns Rs.10,000/- per month in India which is just sufficient for running a small family in an india city as a lower middle income man. In which country in the world, the same amount Rs.10000/- Indian currency equivalent will be an amount equal to a person earns in that country for a luxurious living in the similar kind city.
