What is the best way to get rid of achne if i have realy dry and sensitive skin?

I've had zits for awhile now and have tried things like St. Ives apricot scrub for blemish and blackhead control. no luck. so then i tried oxy maximum face scrub and no luck so i started using plain mild soft-soap and still no luck!! i'm beginning to think theirs something wrong with me!! i have blackheads on my nose and chin. regular pimples/zits on my forehead by my nose and chin plus a few on my cheeks. they've been around for awhile and i can't get rid of them most of the stuff i use really dries my face out and if i put lotion on my face little flakes of skin show up so my mom told me to use aloe vera and its really moisturizing but i really need help on the achene so please help can anyone give me tips! thanks a bunch!
