Kids shooting plastic pellets...how to tell them to stop?

Ok so these bratty little kids next door are shooting plastic pellets out of their plastic guns. I knw they are harmless but they are hitting my two dogs as well as my dad's car. I already told them to stop but the little a**h***s won't stop. What can I tell them to scare them to stop? It's really annoying cuz my dogs keep barking at them nd I can hear the pellets land on the car.
