Is Bernard Hopkins the most overrated Boxer of the last 20 years?

I'm not a big fan of his style but I still respect his accomplishments. He fought the best available oppostion and beat most of them. And he beat Kelly Pavlik in his prime. It seems like if you just hate all American boxers and none of our fighters will ever be good enough for you. I shouldn't have even wasted my time answering this question.
