England youth future?

just thinking about it englands future looks bright as in the u 21's they played so good in the euro champion ships they worked as team helped each other got what they deserved to be semi final if the seniors done that then we would finaly believe england can win major trophy but the BIG thing im worried out is not the foreign talent coming in the league england still produce good talent its the young foreigner's going into the academy am i right academy should focus on home grown english talent most clubs with mangers from other countrys get young foreign talent and put them in the academy and deny the english talent just want views please
